Refund policy

Customers will be issued a full refund for items returned undamaged within 30 days. Customer pays for return shipping.

Items that are damaged during initial shipping to the customer will either be replaced entirely free of charge with a similar item or customer can request a full refund.

Because customs laws are constantly changing and vary for every country, I cannot be responsible for any VAT, import tax, tariff or etc your home country charges. I am happy to answer any questions I can, but I am not an expert in tariff law. Customers outside the US should be aware of their own country’s import policies.
